OUr support times are clearly, we are trying to respond all tickets and email within 24h during business days and 48h dusring the weekends. Most of the time, when using the bugtracker you will receive a message within a few hours. Current topics in the bugtracker had a response time of 2h average, but also we are busy sometimes. Make sure you subscribe your own topcs, you will be be noticed when we answer your problems. |
