Thanks for your excellent component and help. You can see my finished site at www.kerrbaillie.co.uk It's the first Joomla site I have built, it was a steep learning curve but is made all the better by RD-Autos.
Today we have upgraded RD-Bugreporter as we have found some small bugs. The next fixes has been made to the program:
- Removing Comments (Moderators or higher) - Sending notifying emails when adding report (updated email address) - Sending Comments Notifier (to subscribers, updated email address) - Some code cleanups / messy code removed - Removeing attachments when removing comments - Added some empty index files to prevent showing folder contents. - Updated language files for mail system
As you can see, no big changes but fixes only!

RD-Bugreporter has been released!

Today we have released our newest component named: "RD-Bugreporter". As we never received messages from the forum we used, we decided to create a new component for giving better support to our customers. As soon as you are leaving a request in the bugtracker we will receive an email notice. After that we can directly go to the reporter tool to hep you.
The Bugreporter component is based on Joomla! 1.5 and has the functionality to report bugs, feature requests, security issues and all sort of development things. Off course there are a lot more things to do with it. You will also be able to use it as a small forum or interaction center. Main task for using this program is reporting bugs and feature requests. It looks like a forum board, and has the main functionality of a forum. But as we also where using forum boards I discovered some functionality was missing when reporting bugs and problems. For user problems it was OK.
