Can I use your components on more than one site?
Yes, you can keep installing any purchased extensions, even after the first year of support and updates. There are no restrictions on the amount of websites the extensions are used on. Note: That we cannot support an unlimited amount of websites for you. If you are asking us to support 1,2 or 3 websites, there are no problems at all! But don't ask us to support 10 websites or more.
Do you install the component for me on my website?
No, we don't install the component into your website. If you don't have any knowledge within Joomla please use our Installation Service! We install the component, one module (for ticketmaster we are also installing the PayByCheck plugin) and install some sample data (provided by you) for you and make sure everything is working fine.
Can I still use the program after my subscription has ended?
Yes, we do not restrict the usage of our extensions. You buy an extension once, and receive the right to install and use the extension on supported Joomla! versions for ever. You will also receive the extension updates for a year, and can request direct support from Chill Creations for a year. After that year, you can keep using the extension without restrictions. Only your access to the updates and support will stop. You can read more about this in our Terms & Conditions.
Do you refund money?
RD-Media does not offer refunds for purchased products. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Once we have distributed a release version to the customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.
Under no circumstances RD-Media will provide refunds on "your software is not what I need" basis. Finding a bug in our products is not a reason for a refund. If you do find bugs, please report them so that we can fix them.
In the event of a mistake purchase, please report this to our billing department using our ticketing system. In order to evaluate our products, please test them on our demo server. If you are uncertain of a specific feature, please ask a presale question or read the product documentation.
How many times can I download the program?
If your subscription for a particular component is still active, you may download the newest available version immediately. (So you can download it unlimited times) We will also notify you inside our components that a new version is available for download. (There is no limitation on the downloads)
Are these extensions available in my language/can I translate them?
Yes, all our extensions use Joomla! ini language files, and can easily be translated to any language. Even better: we already have translation files for most of our extensions. View the translation status on the extension product page. You can create a ticket if you have any specific questions about your language. If we do not have translation files for your language, you can translate them yourself with the Joomla! Translation Managers. If you share the translation with us, we will add one month of free support and updates to your subscription period.
Do I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, after you have purchased one or more products you will receive an invoice automatically within 24 hours. It will be sent to your email address as PDF attachment. You can use this for VAT.
How can I register to your website for support, downloads or to purchase?
Registration to rd-media.org is semi-automated. An account is created for you when you request support by creating a ticket or when you purchase an extension. A copy of the user details are sent to your e-mail address. If you don't see the user details e-mail in your inbox, check your spam folder.
