Upgrades for RD-Autos Single Dealer 1.5.11

- Category Images are now added in first time. (Bug Fix)
- Makes And Model import system created.
- You can buy additional databases now and/or buy including database.
- Database contains 147 models (EU) and 1680 models (EU)
- Added Ordering system to Categories
- Added ordering to vehicles system (order up & down buttons)
- APK date & Marge vehicle added for NL clients
- Some small bugs has been fixed
