Can I Use It on More than One Site?
Yes, your license allows you to use it on more than one domain. We do not have any software built in, that tracks who installed it and on which domain. Do you support multiple domains? Yes, we're supporting multiple domains in a Fair Use Policy. Sometimes it is better to buy an extra subscription when having many many sites installed with this component.
Can I still use the program after my subscription has ended?
When your subscription expires, you may continue using the component without restriction. However, you will not have access to our support desk and you will NOT receive any updates for the component anymore. 30 Days before your subscription will end, you will get a warning from us to renew your subscription with a nice discount of 15%!
What is a Lifetime Subscription?
The lifetime subscriptions is valid as long as the component is in development and (take a look at the Joomla JED hoe long our current listings are in development). As long as the subscription is valid you have the rights to update, re-install and request support.
A lifetime subscription is end of life when I, my company Joomla or the internet stops..

Is your code encrypted and am I able to change it?
Our code is fully Open Source, so you can make changes to the code as much as you like! Keep in mind that we do NOT support custom code written by yourself. It might be better to make template/layout overrides than changing code which can be overwritten in updates we're doing. Also if you update or reinstall the extension, all changes you made will be lost.
How can I get support?
When hitting the support button, you will get an overview of the available documentation. In the left bar you will also find a link to request support for our extensions. We're not using a forum but everybody can post a ticket to us, we will answer your tickets within 48 hours or when using the Free versions of our extensions within 72 hours.
As forums are not easy to maintain and don't give us any insights at the subscription states we don't use forums anymore.
Do you refund money?
No, we're not refunding money, for more information you can read the Refund Policy If you want to return an extension, please create a ticket, tell us what extension you want to return and your order number. We would also love to receive the reason you are returning the extension and any other feedback that could help us improve our extensions and business. Refund requests are processed within 3 business days.
How many times can I download the program?
If your subscription for a particular component is still active, you may download the newest available version immediately. (So you can download it unlimited times) We will also notify you inside our components that a new version is available for download.
There is no limitation on the downloads.
Do I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, after you have purchased one or more products you will receive an invoice automatically within 24 hours. It will be sent to your email address as PDF attachment. You can use this for VAT. On all invoices are our Company details, VAT Number and full software details available. The amount of VAT is based on the country you live in, which means you do have to pay the local VAT amount.
